Please choose a meeting time below. This review will consist of reviewing all your plans and informing you of any Medicare updates in your situation.

Dates available for policy reviews are October 15th thru December 7th. Why? Because I won't have all information on updated 2023 plans until October. To schedule, simply click the time on the date you would like. This will be a phone appointment, however, if you would like a Zoom meeting, email or text me and I will send you a Zoom meeting link to use.

If you are in the Des Moines metro area and want to arrange an in person meeting at my office, we can do that! Just let me know.

This meeting will typically last approximately 30 minutes or less (depending on situation). At the end of the meeting I will send you a summary of our conversation by email or mail, however is easiest for you. 

Medications & Medical Providers

After scheduling below, you will see a form to complete your current medications prior to our meeting. A link to this form will also be emailed in the event you don't have your medications readily available. Please complete this form per individual.

Note: If I have done a quote for you in the past and you have had no medication changes, you don't need to complete this form.
